No deposit necessary for day bookings, payment can be made a week before or on the day.
We have no credit card facilities and the closest bank is an hours drive away so please come with cash only.
There is a $20 administration fee on cancellations .
A refund of monies paid, less the administration fee is available on the following basis:
If notice is received:
60-30 days prior to ride departure or party – 70% refund
30-10 days prior to ride departure or party – 50% refund
Within 10 days of ride departure or party – no refund
Changes or Cancellations by Us
If we are forced to cancel due to weather conditions or as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, we offer a full refund of all monies paid. If it is necessary to make significant change or cancel before departure, we will advise you as soon as possible. We regret we cannot pay any costs or expenses or losses you may incur as a result of any change or cancellation.
Clients bookings are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent around horses and they undertake our parties and rides at their own risk.
The operator places extreme importance on the safety of its clients. However it is important that clients realise that they are responsible for making themselves aware of the risks involved and are responsible for making their own decisions accordingly. Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of the operator’s employees and agents whilst on the ride. If in the opinion of such a person the health or conduct of a client at any time before or after departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the ride, the client may be excluded from all or part of the ride.
The operator reserves the right to alter any itinerary at any time.
The client acknowledges and accepts that although the operator does hold various insurances, this booking condition states that the client must assume he/she is not covered by any insurance policy the operator may hold including all liability insurance for death, injury, damage or loss of any kind.
The operator advises clients to obtain adequate medical/travel insurance.
The client when signing the registration form (which incorporates these terms) on the day of departure confirms that he/she is fully aware of and accepts these conditions. Parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18 years of age.
Clients must take full responsibility for their own medications and those of their party including medications for allergies.
